Dry bones creak in sync.
Sky turns grey with snow again.
Child, without mother.

Two children playing
When flower fields draw them close
And two becomes three.
The sun burns their backs.
Insects buzzing over them,
Then one becomes two.
The winds pull apart.
Falling once again, they hold
Still to each other.
The Mews
